Craig Stein Beverage is seeking a full-time Sales Analyst. This position supports the sales function and all employees who utilize Encompass software in the performance of their duties.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manages the Encompass function and ensures that all sales personnel are educated, trained, and proficient with all aspects of Encompass software.
• Develops timely, accurate competency reports regarding the proficiency of deficiency of individual sales personnel.
• Works with IS to ensure all of the data is being “acquired” on a daily basis.
• Validates that the numbers are always in balance with System 21.
• Manages and develops all existing and new data cubes.
• Maintains MM dement ions.
• Maintains all data keys.
• Prepares all PFP reporting and monthly goals in MM for management.
• Works with Sales Management to deliver the right information.
• Acts as the key liaison to all of the Sales team for getting data and preparing reports and presentations for Sales and supplier meetings.
• Runs daily and weekly reports for Sr. Management while consistently trying to improve the view and quality of the information being provided.
• Working with IS, develops a graphical “dash board” of key business metrics for improving business decisions. This dash board should include key information that can easily be reviewed (less than 90 seconds) and then acted upon by management as needed.
• Works with IS during times of company acquisitions to define, cleanse, cross reference, and load item, customer, and sales data into the Odom standard format and systems.
• Other duties as they are assigned.

Job Requirements

• BS or BA; or an A.A. with similar work experience.
• SQL Knowledge (Encompass Fusion reports use Snowflake SQL and a mix of their own coding to compile reports)
• Power BI Knowledge
• Some knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript (as more advanced Encompass Dashboards use these coding languages)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Able to manage heavy workloads under stress and maintain a business composure.
• Able to maintain professional composure while working with employees of different skill levels.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Able to make decisions quickly and effectively.
